Return Policy
Dearfoams.com purchases
Our no hassle returns policy makes getting the right size a breeze. Unused merchandise is eligible for a full refund within 60 days from receipt of order. You can initiate a return here by entering in your order number, email address and billing zip code or by logging into your account and selecting the order to return.
Dearfoams reserves the right to approve all returns, and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy requirements.
Defective Merchandise
If your product is defective, please complete the form using this link and we will confirm back once your refund or replacement has been issued.
Refunds
Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping refunds
Dearfoams does not refund shipping charges.
Retail store purchases
Dearfoams does not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at department stores or specialty retail stores. Returns or exchanges must be made in the store where the item was originally purchased.
