For the last few months, we worked hard on our projects, yet we didn’t forget about other activities that inspire us for even bigger accomplishments and achievements. We are very proud to say that, at the moment, Intellectsoft is a zero-bench company because absolutely all our technical and non-technical specialists work on custom software development projects. Conferences and Events
In the first quarter of 2023, among other activities, our CEO, Alexander Radchenko participated in several conferences and events, among which were:
The Code of Resilience in Oslo, Norway.
This event, hosted by the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, ICT-Norway, IT Ukraine Association, and VIS, was aimed at telling Norwegian businesses about the current state of the Ukrainian IT sector as well as its importance. As a speaker, Alexander Radchenko shared his experience of creating a functional and growing workzone for our Ukrainian colleagues.
Future Digital Finance in Austin, Texas.
Future Digital Finance was more than a conference. This event brought together top experts in the financial field who want to innovate financial services as a whole, enhance customer experience, and reimagine digital strategy.
New Awards
We received three prominent awards from Clutch.co, we’re very proud of. The Intellectsoft team was recognized as Top .NET Developers in London, and also as Top Software Developers and Top Web Developers in the Dental industry!

Business of Apps
Our CEO, Alexander Radchenko, has been included in Business of Apps’ App Leaders! App Leaders is the list of individuals who change the global app industry and we are honored but not hugely surprised with this decision because Alexander has been influencing the IT industry for 25+ years. Charity
Even though we rarely talk about our charity activity, it doesn’t mean we stand aside. The Intellectsoft team actively donates to the Ukrainian troops to help them defend the native land, save lives, and restore peace. For the last few months, we have organized a local charity auction where every Intellectsoft employee could participate and place bids for branded products like hoodies and thermo-mugs, etc.
We also have two funds functioning on a regular basis – a Fund for Colleagues from our Kyiv branch who had joined the Ukrainian troops to defend the country, and a Fund for Donation Suggestions. Every Intellectsoft team member can propose a donation initiative like funding an animal shelter or helping to buy necessary things for a specific Ukrainian military unit, and the company will provide funds to cover this need.
Our Team Continues to Grow
While many companies are facing layoffs, we continue to hire new specialists. Moreover, we regularly seek and hire interns for different departments. Recently, we had a Project Management Intern job competition with an overwhelming number of candidates wishing to work at Intellectsoft – 300! All of them showed amazing potential and skills, and now, two specialists who meet our corporate values best have already become part of our team as interns.

Women’s Community
The number of female specialists at Intellectsoft is continuously growing and soon will reach 30%! Even though the IT industry is considered as male-dominated area, the Intellectsoft team does everything to inspire more women to show their software development or other professional skills. Right now we’re building a Women in IT community that will grow in number and quality. Right now our Human Resources department works on planning and organizing various activities specifically for our female teammates.
