EuroAccident is a leading insurance provider in Sweden. A NASDAQ-listed company that has been operating since 1996, it offers an extensive range of health insurance options and health services to Swedish companies, helping them succeed with their health and work environment strategies.
Since December 2, 2019, owned by a consortium of investors led by the Swedish investment company Impilo AB. Their comprehensive approach to all facets of insurance and health helps to create profitable companies by fostering healthy employees and workplaces.

The Challenge: Lack of Customer Experience Initiatives
“We wanted to build a mobile app — we’d never had one before,” — says Henrik Andersson, EuroAccident’s IT Product Manager.

After a profound analysis of the customer’s ideas, Intellectsoft team initiated a workshop series to begin the process of developing the native iOS and Android apps. Moreover, the client wanted the app to be “more than just a window,” so our industry leaders performed integration with the client's backend system and third-party partners.

EuroAccident aimed at creating a mobile solution for its customers, brokers, and partners. They wanted the app to be cloud-based, and user authentication goes through the Swedish mobile bank ID.
